The hidden side of real estate
Deadlines. Documents. Conditions. Deposits. The systems, handoffs and communication that connect people to the next step.
Residential brokerages and teams rely on administrative and operations professionals to help keep this work organized—from early activity to closing and records.
Foundations gives beginners a practical way to understand that side of the business.

A different starting point
Practise through course scenarios and simulation. Explore your options without a promise of employment or job readiness.
The Transaction Spine
Understand what happens, when, why, who owns it, what can go wrong, and when to escalate.
A learning map, not a rigid checklist: stages can overlap and loop back. A scheduled closing date is distinct from closing confirmation and final follow-up.
The REAA method
Short explanations lead into examples, scenarios and activities. Compare with feedback or model answers, correct your work, then continue.
See where you are in the lifecycle and what comes next.
Keep dates, evidence, ownership and next actions visible.
Recognize document purposes, versions and completeness cues.
Build connected working tools as you practise.
Apply what you have learned to a fresh fictional transaction.
What you’ll learn

Track deadlines, conditions, documents and unresolved issues.
Recognize the workflows on each side and organize the handoff.
Trace information between systems without relying on one software platform.
Recognize boundaries, verify information and identify when to escalate.
